Terms & Conditions
- To join, sign up to the Kiyoto Sushi loyalty scheme at order.kiyotosushi.co.uk.
- You earn 10 points for every £1 spent on qualifying food and drink purchases. Qualifying spend covers in-store purchases and orders placed directly through Kiyoto Sushi online. Orders placed via third-party platforms (including Deliveroo) do not qualify and do not earn points.
- You receive 150 points when you sign up, and 150 points for each friend you successfully refer who signs up.
- Rewards become available at set points milestones. The rewards available and the points required to redeem them are shown in your account and may change from time to time.
- Points expire 365 days after they are earned.
- To collect and redeem points in store, scan your digital loyalty card or give the mobile number linked to your loyalty account to a member of staff.
- Your digital loyalty card can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The previous stamped loyalty card scheme ended on 31 May 2026. Stamped cards are no longer valid and can no longer be redeemed.
- Kiyoto reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, or to withdraw the loyalty scheme, on giving reasonable notice. Any such changes will be posted on our website.
